01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JL8888 ("JL8888," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl8888.app ("Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on JL8888, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the JL8888 Platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. JL8888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 02 Eligibility

To register and use the JL8888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Under Philippine law and in alignment with PAGCOR regulations, participation in casino-style online gambling is restricted to persons aged 21 and above. JL8888 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using JL8888.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of JL8888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the JL8888 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets on JL8888.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on JL8888. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering on JL8888, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your JL8888 account.
• Notify JL8888 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Not share, transfer, or sell your JL8888 account to any other person.

JL8888 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") checks at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documentation reasonably requested by JL8888, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

JL8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank via InstaPay and PESONet. JL8888 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on JL8888:

• All funds deposited into your JL8888 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the JL8888 Platform at the time of the transaction and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. JL8888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• JL8888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. JL8888 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
• JL8888 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.
• Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your sole responsibility. JL8888 does not absorb third-party transaction fees.

All funds held in your JL8888 account are held for gaming purposes only. JL8888 accounts are not bank accounts and do not accrue interest. JL8888 is not a financial institution and is not regulated as such.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

JL8888 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all JL8888 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. JL8888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the applicable promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• JL8888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, JL8888 will provide reasonable notice before making material changes.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any form of bonus fraud — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Players may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes fraud.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the JL8888 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on JL8888, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes on JL8888 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. JL8888 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, JL8888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. JL8888's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed and confirmed on JL8888 are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after the game round has commenced.
• JL8888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, or placed in a manner that JL8888 reasonably believes constitutes abuse or exploitation of a technical error.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing on JL8888. JL8888 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

07 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the JL8888 Platform:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or JL8888.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud JL8888 or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by JL8888.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with JL8888.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's JL8888 account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the JL8888 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to JL8888 immediately. Winnings derived from exploiting known or unknown bugs may be voided.

JL8888 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

08 Responsible Gaming

JL8888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• JL8888 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from their JL8888 account settings. These tools are available at no cost and take effect immediately or within the timeframe specified.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting JL8888 support. Permanent self-exclusion is also available upon request.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the JL8888 Platform — including but not limited to the JL8888 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of JL8888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JL8888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the JL8888 Platform without prior written consent.
• Use the JL8888 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by JL8888.
• Create derivative works based on any JL8888 content or software.
• Use any JL8888 content for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement with JL8888.

Any unauthorised use of JL8888's intellectual property may result in legal action. JL8888 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JL8888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the JL8888 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss or corruption of data stored in connection with your JL8888 account.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the JL8888 Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

The JL8888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JL8888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. JL8888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, JL8888's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Privacy & Data

JL8888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the JL8888 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JL8888 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and JL8888 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

JL8888 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

12 Termination

JL8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if JL8888 reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to access and use the JL8888 Platform will immediately cease.
• Any bonus funds or free spins credited to your account will be forfeited.
• Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination — where the termination is not due to fraud, breach of these Terms, or prohibited conduct — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• JL8888 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any fraud investigation or regulatory inquiry.

You may also close your JL8888 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

JL8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JL8888 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the JL8888 Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

JL8888 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jl8888.app/terms-conditions.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the JL8888 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting JL8888 support. JL8888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes in the Philippines. JL8888's decisions on matters within its operational discretion — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — are final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.
